Path III – Freedom is an advanced part of the programme The Path to Consciousness.
Whilst Discovery builds on the foundations of deep relaxation, Focus 10 and inner tools
and Threshold expands the work with Focus 12, problem-solving, pattern formation and colour breathing
, Freedom leads into even freer and more fluid spaces of experience.

The focus is on perception, detachment, orientation and the conscious handling of
non-ordinary states of consciousness. The material describes out-of-body experiences,
remote viewing, non-physical energy, vectors and processes of separation as fields of experience,
which should not be forced, but rather explored calmly, repeatedly and on one’s own terms.

The first exercise Lifting Off leads to a perspective that is less closely tied to the
physical body. The aim here is not to achieve spectacular results,
but to become familiar with inner movement, the energy balloon and a safe return.

Remote perception opens up a field of experimentation in which consciousness
is directed towards distant people, places or targets. The exercise involves a
specific preparation involving a target object, notes and a subsequent review.
As a result, the practice is not merely imaginative, but is given an observable framework.

The exercise Vectors uses internal directional references. Using a dial system, you will learn to distinguish more consciously between movements,
directions and shifts in perception, and subsequently to categorise them more effectively.

Five Questions marks the beginning of a contemplative section. The questions focus on self-understanding,
meaning, origin, action and message. Answers may emerge as images, feelings, knowledge, symbols or
non-verbal perceptions, and are subsequently translated into language and reflection.

Energy Nutrition introduces a tool for perceiving, absorbing and storing inner energy through attention, hand position
and visualisation. Finally, the Separation Phase presents
several methods for exploring the differences between physical and non-physical perception.

The atmosphere of Freedom is significantly more advanced than that of the first two paths.
This album is not an introduction, but rather a space for in-depth practice for people who are already
familiar with Focus 10, Focus 12, the Energy Balloon, the Energy Rod and inner tools.
