Ordering, Payment, Download & Delivery
You can order both digital and physical products from Earthum. Depending on the type of product,
delivery, dispatch and returns may vary. On this page, you’ll find key information about
the ordering process, the available payment methods, and details on downloads and delivery.
Earthum generally offers digital and physical products in its shop.
SHOPPING BASKET, VOUCHERS & PROMOTIONS
Earthum focuses on fixed and transparently calculated prices rather than artificial ongoing discounts.
In addition, there are permanent basket benefits, personalised vouchers,
changing digital gifts and limited-time promotions.
⇒ For orders of €75 or more / 75 $ in value, you’ll receive a different digital gift each time
⇒ For orders of €120 / 120 $ or more, you’ll automatically receive a €15 / 15 $ shopping basket bonus
⇒ From €200 / 200 $ of order value, the shopping basket bonus increases to a total of €30 / 30 $
The standard shipping costs for physical products are already included in the price
In addition, a valid voucher code can be redeemed during regular shop operation.
Digital Gift
A digital gift is unlocked once the actual value of the goods reaches €75 / 75 $.
This could be, for example, a small Librarium font, a card set, a
print template, a piece of music or other exclusive Earthum content.
For reaching the threshold, the value of the goods counts after any promotional prices.
The current gift is displayed in the shop or shopping basket. It cannot be
paid out, transferred or exchanged for another product.
Shopping basket bonus
The shopping basket bonus will be applied automatically.
An additional voucher code is not required for this.

⇒ 30 € / 30 $ basket bonus on orders over 200 € / 200 $
The higher tier replaces the previous one. For orders with a value of €200 / 200 $ or more,
This means a total of 30 € / 30 $, rather than an additional 15 € / 15 $ and 30 € / 30 $ being deducted.
To qualify, the actual value of the goods counts, taking into account any promotional prices,
however, before the shopping basket bonus and any additional voucher code are deducted.
Promotional items are included at their reduced retail price.
Gift vouchers or promotional vouchers, free products and expressly

VOUCHER CODES
In addition to the automatic shopping basket bonus, during normal shop operations
a valid welcome, birthday or promotional voucher can be redeemed.
Multiple voucher codes cannot be used together within the same order

LIMITED-TIME OFFERS
In addition to the long-term benefits, there may be introductory prices as well as time-limited

Applicable discounts, validity periods and terms and conditions are specified directly in the relevant promotion.
For smaller product or group promotions, the shopping basket bonus and an additional voucher code
may continue to be used, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms and conditions.
During large-scale special promotions, the standard shopping basket bonus may be temporarily suspended
. Additional voucher codes cannot be redeemed during these promotions either.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If the value of the goods eligible for calculation subsequently falls below a benefit tier due to a full or partial return, the basket bonus granted can be taken into account accordingly during the refund.
Basket bonuses, vouchers and digital gifts cannot be redeemed for cash.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
These include, amongst other things, PDFs, templates, maps, audio files, music, videos
and other digital content. Digital products are made available immediately after purchase
or can be accessed via the customer’s account.

PRINTED EDITIONS
Selected Earthum content is also available in print and includes the digital version.
The Digital Edition is the PDF version available for immediate download.
The printed book is produced and shipped separately.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
These include, amongst other things, printed books, maps, posters, textiles,
everyday items and other products. Depending on the type of product, these are either
dispatched straight away or produced after the order has been placed and then delivered.
Physical products are usually prepared for dispatch within 3 days. Depending on the
type of product, partner and delivery destination, the item usually reaches the customer within around 10 days.
Delivery times may vary in individual cases. All relevant
information is provided in the product details and during the ordering process.
The following also applies to delivery: As a general rule,
delivery must take place within 30 days at the latest.
PRINT UPGRADE
Selected digital Earthum products may also be published later as printed books
. Not every digital product is automatically made available in print.
A discounted upgrade offer
will be available at a later date for digital versions that have already been purchased. The relevant information will be displayed directly on the relevant
product page as soon as a printed edition becomes available.
ORDERS
Orders can be placed directly via the Earthum shop.
Your customer account is used for digital products, so that you can manage your
downloads, access details and future updates in a clear and organised way.
Physical products can usually be ordered as a guest,
but even in this case, it is a good idea to have a customer account and we recommend doing so.
Digital and physical products can generally be ordered together
. Please note that digital content is available immediately,
whilst physical products are processed and dispatched separately.
PARTIAL DELIVERIES
If your order contains several products, these may be dispatched in separate parcels, depending on
the production or dispatch location. As a result,
individual parcels may arrive at different times.
This will not incur any additional delivery charges for you.
DELIVERY AREAS
Earthum generally delivers internationally, with a focus on Europe
and North and South America. The countries to which delivery is available in each individual case are
displayed during the ordering process. This may vary from product to product.
PAYMENT METHODS
Depending on the checkout process, payments can be made by credit card, debit card, PayPal
and, where applicable, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. The
payment methods available in each case are displayed at checkout.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Digitale Produkte. Ein Widerruf oder eine Rückgabe digitaler Produkte
ist nach Bereitstellung des Downloads grundsätzlich ausgeschlossen.
Physische Produkte. Hier gilt in der Regel eine Frist von 14 Tagen,
sofern keine abweichenden Bedingungen oder Ausnahmen bestehen.
