Dimensional Pulse is a sound-based album designed to evoke inner states.
It is not intended as a performance programme, but rather as an atmospheric aid to
relaxation, focus, meditation, evening tranquillity, stress relief and mindful self-awareness.

The soundscape works with rhythmic pulsations, frequency ranges and meditative
sound structures. The focus is not on technical figures, but on the
interplay between sound, space, pulse, dynamics and one’s personal state on the day.

The tracks take you through a variety of soundscapes: from deep tranquillity and gentle introspection
to relaxed alertness, concentration and clear mental focus. This means that the
album can be used in different ways depending on your needs: to wind down, gather your thoughts,
find your centre, meditate, or as a gentle transition between activity and stillness.

Delta is particularly suitable for the evening, relaxation and helping you drift off to sleep.
Theta opens up a gentler space for meditation, introspection and the realm of dreams.
Alpha, when used as background music, promotes relaxed alertness, learning and a daily reset.
Beta can help you achieve greater focus, better planning and a clearer mental structure.
Gamma has a brighter, clearer and more intense effect and should be used for short periods or with prior preparation...

The special tracks expand on these basic soundscapes: Monaural Helix combines tranquillity and
alertness, Pure Vibrations offers a steady, physically perceptible sonic foundation, and
Pulsating Waves uses flowing wave movements to promote emotional regulation and gentle meditation.
