Path V – Exploration marks a distinct transition within the consciousness programme.
Whilst the previous paths were more guided, this album works with metamusic: musical
sound patterns without verbal instructions, in which the familiar focus processes are embedded.

This means: You will no longer be guided step by step through each phase. Instead, you will use the tools yourself,
which you learnt in Discovery, Threshold, Freedom and Adventure. Focus 10, Focus 12, Energy Box, Energy Balloon,
Energy Rod, Pattern Formation, Problem Solving, Non-verbal Communication and Inner Orientation are now applied more freely.

The focus is on the ability to steer your own course: Which level of focus is appropriate right now? What intention
am I bringing to this? Which goal, which question, which direction or which experience do I wish to explore?
The audio tracks provide the soundscape for this; your inner focus comes more from within yourself.

The first exercises will help you to use Focus 10 and Focus 12 in this new form. After that
the practice becomes more flexible: intuition, daily routine, Focus 15, inner exploration, memories,
feelings, events and freer spaces of consciousness come more to the fore.

Particular emphasis is placed on Focus 15. This state is treated in the programme as an advanced
level beyond the Focus work covered so far. It is suitable for deeper introspection,
a state close to sleep, spaces of memory, timelessness, inner images and freer exploration.

The album also includes suggestions for so-called energy walks: inner
explorations of the past, present and future; nature; forms of life; non-physical
energy systems; the sound of the waves; life force; and non-verbal communication.

The atmosphere of Exploration is quieter, freer and more self-directed than
in the previous tracks. This album is not an introduction, but an advanced
practice space for people who are already familiar with the basics of the series.
