Path VI – Odyssey is the final part of the programme The Path to Consciousness.
This album is aimed at people who have already completed the previous paths
and are familiar with Focus 10, Focus 12, Focus 15, meta-music, non-verbal communication,
energy work, inner tools and self-directed practice.

The atmosphere is free, deep and exploratory. As with Path V – Exploration, there are no
verbal instructions in the traditional sense. The metamusic, resonant sounds and embedded
sound patterns shape the space, whilst your own focus determines the actual direction.

The album draws on the imagery of an inner mine: treasures, gemstones, veins of gold,
insights and hidden realms of experience. This does not refer to any external gain, but rather
the quest for inner knowledge, personal transformation, perception and the maturing of consciousness.

The first exercise Metamorphosis focuses on change. Before you begin, set yourself a goal
and use your familiar patterns to consciously guide your inner transformation.

Bio-Body focuses attention on the physical body as a living
system. Tools such as the living body map and the energy wand are used to
become more aware of rhythms, bodily sensations and inner balance.

With Zero Point, the album opens up a unique space for experience: a neutral state,
which is described as a starting point for various directions of mental activity.
This track feels like an inner window onto choice, potential and direction.

Plus Polarity involves a deliberate shift in polarity. In the shop
this term should be understood simply as an exercise in perception and awareness
rather than as a medical or technical statement.

Near Reaches focuses on explorations within the physical
universe, whilst Distant Realms opens up the space beyond as a non-
physical, symbolic and consciousness-expanding landscape of experience.

As the sixth path, Odyssey feels like both a conclusion and an
beginning. Everything that has been built up previously flows here into self-directed
journeys, freer perception and independent practice.
