Path II – Threshold builds on the work of Path I – Discovery. Whilst the first album
laid the foundations for deep relaxation, Focus 3, Focus 10, the Energy Box, Resonance Attunement
and the Energy Balloon, this second album opens up the next space: Focus 12.

Focus 12 is described in the material as a state of expanded consciousness. It serves as a workspace
for inner resources, guidance, problem-solving, pattern formation and conscious perception. The album does not
plunge you abruptly into new experiences, but builds on the tools you have learnt so far and deepens them step by step.

A key theme is Problem-Solving. You will learn to bring a question or topic into an expanded
state of consciousness, to consciously let it go, and to remain open to answers, insights or new perspectives
. This is not about forcing results, but about finding a different inner path to clarity.

Another key focus is the Monthly Pattern. Here, you work with inner alignment,
intention and conscious formulation. The material does not treat patterns as a rigid mechanism for manifesting desires,
but rather as an exercise to combine clarity, mindfulness, personal responsibility and letting go.

Colour Breathing offers a more body-centred approach. Colours are used as symbolic energy qualities
to anchor a sense of calm, strength, balance, re-energisation and regeneration within oneself. This should not be understood as
a medical treatment, but rather as an exercise in visualisation, breathing and awareness.

The Energy Rod expands the work with inner tools. It serves as a symbol of focus,
direction, awareness and conscious work with energy. The Living Body Map takes this
approach further and focuses attention on the body as a perceptible energy system.

The atmosphere of Schwelle is more intense and expansive than that of the introductory track. The album is not intended for casual listening,
but rather for quiet, undisturbed practice with headphones, rest, repetition and personal reflection.
